Warriors Trade:
Chicago's 2020 1st ( top 3 protected) (65) Zach Lavine 16,500,000, 17,350,000 ,18,100,000 ,18,850,000 (58) Bojan Bogdanovic $6,510,000 , 5,520,000$5,520,000 (61) Tiago Splitter $2,300,000 (dead money)
Total =$25,310,000
For
Hornets Trade:
(69) C.J. McCollum $27,225,000$29,700,000$32,175,000$34,650,000
Total=$27,225,000
This moves our goal faster along as we get the upgrade we want and like at our sg position to run with Curry as McCollum is more proven then Lavine and more durable and signed same length as Curry and ia here to stay. Warriora agree

I accept. I know I’ve now gone from Butler to McCollum to LaVine, but I like the contract that LaVine signed and the Chicago pick could be lottery. I think I’ve quietly put together a nice core this summer with Monk/Knox/Collins and now we can add LaVine to that mix, with potentially 2 lotto picks in 2019 and 2 in 2020.

Rejecting this for a few reasons
1. Lavine is a substantial downgrade from McCollum, and I don’t think Bulls trajectory screams lottery pick in two years, even if it does, that’s two years from now. For comparisons sake, the best player on my team a few months ago was Draymond Green, not shabby, but I gained a top 5 player in free agency. Two years is too much uncertainty. Booker and Fultz alone could make the Bulls semi competitive this year nevermind in two years.
2. Warriors are putting themselves in the same situation they justified trying to trade Curry for, and then eventually Gobert and Oladipo, KAT still has to get paid. Do they have aspirations to bring PG back? Financially I’m not seeing the positive for Golden State, even though I like this move better for them stylistically speaking.

I accept, Charlotte has already chosen the path of rebuilding and netting Lavine a first and bojan isn't bad at all.

For all you guys talking cap weve explained this before. We didnt want to pay THAT team luxury penalty we didnt like our roster and didnt want to commit to them long term so we made roster moves we felt will work better. It was never about the freaking money it was about the team we had decide to commit to pay luxurt for and it was a clear no for us, now that we are deeper and we think fit better we have no luxury concern as we have a better chance for a title now.

We stated from beginning we had to trade Gobert or Curry so we uave wiggle room and thats exactly what we did its been a snowball ever since because we knew we had to trade one of our 2 highest paid players to have that room , so we can get a team we like not you guys. Odalipo had nothing to do with finances we , dont think Odalipo can keep it up and we liked tbe 5th pick better. Yes we still have kat to sign and we still have plenty of moving parts , we trust ourselves and we know what we are doing, we arent worried. Especially if we are winning.

Lavine and Randle's new contracts have yet to be added to the 2018/19 salary plus you'll be signing KAT next year, and I don't think he would be cheap. you'll be paying CJ almost $30 Million next year, do the math bröther. anyway, I'll accept this trade

So was Paul George simply brought in to win a ring this season, because he’s gonna he almost impossible to sign is what I’m getting at. Curry, KAT, and McCollum are all pretty much making max dollars next year. Bagley for one year of PG might not be worth it, but eh.

Curry McCollum PG Is a sick lineup especially if you resign PG it is, but I doubt he’ll be able to sign PG. he’ll command the max, Curry is on a max deal and KAT will be too. On top of that McCollum will make just under the max. That’s close to 120 million for 4 guys...

I think he can do it if he cuts down his depth a little bit

Ya because PG was better isnt that what trading is? Curry McCollum PG Is a sick lineup especially if you resign PG Is McCollum really a significantly different player than Lavine? Lavine is good from three, bad at defense, and a long term question mark just like McCollum... except he’s significantly younger and just signed a contract that is enormously team friendly unless Lavine just truly can’t figure out how to basketball again (I think he proved last season that this isn’t a real concern).

This is an easy accept, I can see it working out for both teams. This league is way too quick to reject trades, there's no way charlotte gets a better package than this for CJ.
I do think gsw gets the better end here but that's because I don't like Lavine. If I'm wrong about him it could also go the other way. And that Chicago pick could be great, none of his players are proven stars.
Also why does everything have to be so personal here? Just because someone else disagrees with your basketball analysis doesn't mean you should go after their character. Just agree to disagree. Smh
