D720 2015 Rookie Draft

• The draft starts two days after the playoffs the top 5 picks have 2 days to make their pick. First Round picks have 12 hours to be picked. Second Round picks have 6 hour slots that are allotted when the round begins.
• The draft rights of 1st Rounders who do not instantly play in the NBA are held by their team until the player does join an NBA team. The salaries are not paid until the player joins the NBA.
  The draft rights of 2nd Rounders who do not instantly play in the NBA must be secured by signing them in the provided threads. The salaries are not paid until the player joins the NBA.
• If you miss your pick, a random pick will be made for you up to 5 spots further down from where your team is picking. You may change the player that was picked for you at a later time in the draft, but only if the player you'd rather pick has not been taken by other teams.
• Submit draft boards to billy if you're worried about missing your pick.
