Casspi has already had a thread, and unfortunately not enough people voted. Only Tony Stark can re-open a thread for him now.

Perhaps we are over regulating, foreseeing a problem that might not ever happen. I'd say having guys rated grossly incorrect is a bigger issue than getting the occasional duplicate thread. Perhaps the regulation can just go to the people by not voting. I also am not sure if I still like the one week time limit -- perhaps just wait until they get enough votes? |

Yea, I'm perfectly fine removing the restriction.
However, I do like the time-limit, whether it's 1 week or not, rather than a vote threshold. With a time limit, everyone has the same opportunity assuming they log in once a week. A vote threshold, however, benefits those whotend to, or choose, vote earlier.

yes you should.. can I suggest a longer time limit.. not all of the GM's are online daily and also weekly..
