billy - we gonna let a center get rolled out at small forward? Can’t find any evidence that Sabonis has ever played a minute at the 3, so that feels a bit too far off to me.

He's more a PF and SMH can we please just coach OUR team. He can shoot the 3 , can pass and we dont need him to handle the ball, he can play the 3 for us just like other SF's that are 6'11. This was part of the reason we traded for Adam's was we could play Sabonis at sf.

His time at “PF” only functions for Indiana because Turner plays more like an actual PF on both ends of the floor.

Anyway the rl NBA has pretty much become position less anyway and Houston of all teams proves that as they play all out of position as they have on tucker and Covington at pf/c. Why cant I play Sabonis at Sf if that's my strategy who knows it could back fire remember I don't know what I'm doing.... you guys hate on everything I do but yet I'm supposed to be this dumb gm yet you guys are scared to let me do what I do SMH. Just leave me alone until I've actually show I've fucked something up instead getting in my way.... dont even like to curse but I swear I get picked on for no reason then being different with my approach.

No, you’re mixing up my point, Sabonis is a center because he can’t play any other position. On a team with a more traditional center they’d clash until one or the other was on the bench. He can “play PF” for Indiana because Turner is functionally fulfilling that role for him and only covers for Sabonis lack of rim protection. OKC tried to play rookie Sabonis at PF and it was a disaster... it was clear that Sabonis couldn’t coexist with a tradition center from day one of that season. trying to move him even further to SF is a huge stretch. Every 6’10”+ SF you referenced, they all play like giant guards... Sabonis plays like a center. And... really? LOL... picking on you? We’ve had rules about player positions and how far you’re allowed to stretch those limits since day 1, all I did was ask Billy if he thought this was too far and gave him a chance to respond. There’s every chance in the world he DOES rule in your favor. Don’t throw fits before you even find out whether or not things are going to go your way.

My point is I'm such a horrible gm nothing to be worried about why even bother looking at my DC, you dont input them in....on top of that worrying about where I put Sabonis why not just pass over my team im garbage remember why even bother with me SMH.

he has played zero minutes as SF in his whole career. I think we made a rule some time ago that if player has played even 1% of minutes at certain position, it's allowed to put them so in the depth chart. I think you can thank White Mamba for this rule, as he was trying to play lineups with 5 point guards :D

Penny Hardaway, I left Sabonis in the starting lineup but changed his position to "FC". You could also pick PF or C if you wanted. F or SF shouldn't be allowed. Thanks for catching this theo.
