When I decided to rejoin the league and take over the Hawks, it was because of the situation that this team was in and possibility of what team could achieve. I have never known anything other than to do everything in my power to compete to the best of my abilities to win a championship every year. I hope my record with this team and my previous run with the Supersonics speaks to that fact.

That's what this team will do with you in our corner. With LeBron on the books for 3 more years, we don't have any doubts that we will be one of the perennial teams to compete for a championship for years to come. While this year didn't live up to what we hoped to achieve, it was clear that we were one of the best teams in the league and what Dallas did in the finals against Philly was on par with what happened in our series. I presume Dallas is the team that you will be most heavily considering but we will be able to offer you something they would not be able to which is allowing you to play your natural position of PF, which will be occupied by Zion for the foreseeable future.

As it was clear in real life this year, the combination of you and LeBron is a partnership that can compete at the highest level. With the MLE and the pieces we have available to us, we will continue to make our mark as the premier team in this league. We traded for you earlier this year knowing that we would be in this situation and we hope that this shows our commitment to you and our willingness to make big moves to achieve our goals.

As for salary, we will offer the supermax contract as you deserve being the player you are. Additionally, we will add a provision of player option in the final year with a no-trade clause. We hope that this offer lives up to your expectations and you decide to join us in our quest for establishing a dynasty in this league for years to come. LET'S GO HAWKS!!
