Current rating: 72 21.6 PPG (.395 3p%) 6.4 APG 4.9 RPG 23.85 PER There's a reason why the Raptors are only two behind the Cavs in the East and that man is Kyle Lowry. Who knew the key to being a good NBA player is being skinny? Someone broke the news to Kyle and he has broken out this season. He made his second all-star roster in a row and he's doing it on both ends. Scoring with great efficiency on offense and recording 2.2 steals/game on defense (best in the league, tied with Russell Westbrook). The problem here is the discrepancy between the sim and IRL Lowry. The sim version is posting 16.5p/4.2a/5.5r/1.5s, all below what he averages IRL. With the way he's played this year, he has proved himself to be one of the top PGs in the league and deserves to be rated notably higher.

Edited your post to remove the suggested rating range. Feel free to change my edit, just avoid suggesting numbers.
In the sim, his stats are actually 17.0p/5.4a/4.1r/1.5s. You might be looking at old data. Still lower than IRL. Lowered stats are at least partially an artifact of his lower USG% and lower minutes, thanks to LeBron. IRL his USG% is 25.8. In the sim, I calculate it to be 23.1. Minutes are 37 IRL compared to 32.5 in the sim.
Also, people should keep in mind that talent is not uniformly distributed, but rather closer to a normal distribution. That is, it tails off at the extremes. So, when you're looking at all-star level players, i.e. those near the edge, understand that most of those all stars will cluster towards the lower end of the range.
I think an increase in Lowry could be justified, but not a significant one.
