OKC Trades:
(68) Reggie Jackson - $12,000,000 $13,000,000 $14,000,000 $15,000,000 $16,000,000 (63) Mason Plumlee - $1,415,520 $2,328,530 $3,371,711(60) Steven Adams - $2,279,040 $3,140,517 $4,321,351OKC 2019 1st (Lottery Protected) Salary Traded: $15,694,560 Salary Received: $14,728,844 Team Salary Before: $73,380,172 Team Salary After: $72,414,456
DET Trades:
(75) John Wall - $14,728,844 $15,756,438 $16,784,031 $17,811,625 Salary Traded: $14,728,844 Salary Received: $15,694,560 Team Salary Before: $96,346,268 Team Salary After: $97,311,984
Once again, I accept this trade. This version differs from the previous by removing Detroit's '16 1st entirely, as well as adding a lottery protection to my 2019 1st (symbolic more than anything - it's virtually guaranteed to be conveyed since a Wall/Middleton/Dray/Monroe big 4 dropping out of the playoffs completely would be insane... it would mean I was dealing with much more serious problems (i.e. multiple serious injuries). For any other relevant reasonings for why I accept this trade, please reference the previous thread. I still believe this trade will be beneficial to both of our teams. Getting a starting caliber point guard on a good contract as well as two solid centers on their rookie deals is a much more solid foundation to build around as Stan enters a very precarious off-season that sees the vast majority of his current team testing free agency. I get a huge upgrade and have the team built up to support Wall long term whereas Stan gets the stability and potential that will help him stay competitive for a title this season without jeopardizing his ability to be competitive in the coming years. I have no problem with this trade. 3 solid starters all of which are 26 or younger. Wall is by far the best asset but receiving three starters back that all can be retained at least 4 more years is a nice return.
I accept

I hope Detroit has run some sims to make sure this doesn't hurt their championship run too much. But I can understand preparing for the future is important too. Adams will be a nice replacement to Hibbert if Detroit doesn't resign Roy.
As for OKC, this makes them one heck of a powerhouse. Wall, Middleton, Dray and Monroe is a championship calibre team. Maybe not this year, but next year I could see it. All they're missing is a SF.
My first official TC vote is an accept.

If my records are correct, Detroit needs to waive 2 players before this can go through.
