Rookie of the year was a tough pick this pick - as two very skilled rookies were very instrumental pieces of their team. Rookie of the Year: Karl Anthony-Towns led all rookies in Minutes (27.7) Points (12.7) Rebounds (6.9) and blocks (1.8) while sporting a 18.6 PER rating. He did it all for Golden State leading them to a paltry record, but filling up the stat sheet! Runner-up: Kristaps Porzingas however played meaningful minutes (23.1) for one of the best turnaround teams this season the Memphis Grizzlies. Adding 8.7 points, 5.5 rebounds and 1.3 blocks to the team totals each game Kristaps earned his team 6 wins on the season, being the difference that gave Memphis a playoff birth. Congratulations, Tony Stark and Logan Hough on grabbing the top two rookies from last years draft! Edit: Stanley Johnson actually led rookies in minutes, beating KAT by .1 at 27.8 mpg. Congrats!
