My desire to not want to pay Barnes this summer boiled over and I decided to take the time to put together a deal to bring in the #2 pick. I already possess PG13 and having to pay 2 SF a premium salary didn't make much sense to me. Getting this huge asset in return for my pick last year (Frank the Tank), Barnes (who I acquired in a deal for Robert Covington) and Kyle Anderson, along with #17 will give me a young stud for PG13 to take under his wing and to be the future of the Utah Jazz. bc its all in the jolly spirit of off season chaos but how is this week different from 2 weeks ago. Sounds like the original Wizards deal might have been accepted as well this time of the year, lol.

Yeah I Specifically stated he should re propose the deal during the draft and it'd be more likely to pass.

Something I forgot to to do that I did last year was shorten the trade accept time to 24 hours instead of a week for the draft + offseason.
After this trade, there will be a 24 hour time limit for TC votes.

No we just count the votes as they are and majority wins.

A League-wide vote has been one method of tie break in the past, but if we're trying to save time I doubt we'd go with that.

If there is a tie maybe we can turn into a regular trade waiting for the 5th TC member.

Well if you did it last year, shouldn't it be implemented this year?

Well if you did it last year, shouldn't it be implemented this year? Yeah, but I can't retroactively do it and just draw a line right now and call this trade passed, that'd look biased. It is however the rule going forward.

Reject for me. This is bad for Washington. None of those guys have anywhere close to the potential of #2.
