I accept. After burning hot these last couple years, The Raptors are going to spend the next two years getting guys on high value contracts and building a sustainable foundation for our team. We also intend to clear salary as much as possible aiming for the 2018 free agency period, in hopes that other teams have filled their cap space by then. This deal sheds cap space for us, and gets us four rookie deals.
I also think this is a great deal for Boston, since they'll have rotations of IT/Russ/Wade in the backcourt and Millsap/Dirk/Chandler in the frontcourt. Either of those rotations is terrifying, and the depth of high level players leaves the door open for them to keep making trades to fill out their roster. And, the star power of his roster should serve him very well in acquiring the best veterans on the MLE/vet mins.

I don't mind it. Jonas is a solid player, Splitter adds some good depth, and the pick package isn't insanely valuable. On the other side, D-Wade may still have a year or two of star-level play, Dirk still provides solid scoring and floor spacing from the PF position, and while Chandler's contract is insanely too large, he does still provide some great rim protection. Toronto is probably winning the deal, but Boston adds some solid pieces and wants to contend so it works out.

I accept. In trying to contend now I get three quality players. Wade will form a rotation Thomas and Westbrook. Chandler and Dirk will form a rotation with Millsap.
I think this helps me become a deeper more experienced team for a hopeful playoff run.
I think Jonas would fit well in Toronto. He is still young and can be THE STAR.

I don't mind this. I think Chandler's contract is frightening but the fact there's a chance JV could opt out of his contract cancels that out.

I'm down with this. Think it's a good trade for both sides. Toronto gets to restructure his team and move the Chandler contract. And Boston gets a few guys that'll definitely help put them in the conversation for winning the East. Accept for me

Now that he's waived his NTC, he doesn't get that back right?
And good dealing as always, Red, and good luck!
