Currently: a 42, and the worst player on my team. Reality: Not a 42, Should probably be able to crack my ten man rotation. Per Game 15-16: 15.2 mins / 6.3 pts / 4.7 rbs / 0.6 asts / 0.6 blks / 0.3 stls Per 36: 15 pts / 11.2 rbs / 1.5 asts / 1.5 blks / 0.6 asts Ratings: 114 ORtg, 104 DRtg, +10 Net Rating PER: 17.8 TS%: 56.3% WS/48: 0.158 Nylon Calculus' rim protection stats: Points Saved Per Game: 26th in the league at 0.54 pts/gamePoints Saved Per 36: 19th in the league with 1.29 pts/36Contest%: 5th in the league with 38.7%--- Very Solid Rim protection! Obviously the guy played some great bench minutes for Detroit. I think he deserves a rating that would allow him to play some great bench minutes for me as well.

I just want to point out the "give him a higher rating so he will break my rotation" argument is really lame and not a good one.
You can make him break your rotation the same way SVG does, in his gameplan he puts a little ++ next to his name. His rating should be based purely on his effectiveness.

What? I didn't say "give him a higher rating so he will break into my rotation," I said, "he's not the worst player on my team, his rating should reflect that he is capable of being one of my ten best players." If he's playing quality minutes for the pistons, he has the skills necessary to get a rating that reflects that he should play quality minutes for me. I pointed out all of the arguments for why he's a solid rotational player and not anywhere near where he's currently rated. Rate him what you want, but you're the one assigning that specific argument to my post and I think if you re-read it you'll agree that I didn't say or imply that anywhere. I'll try to simplify it a few different ways: - Very quality rim protector, worthy of decent minutes and a quality role as a bench rim protector but isn't capable of doing that as he is. - Currently a 42; not a 42, should have a rating comparable to my other rotation players even if he's my tenth man by several points. - Currently rated where his build wouldn't allow him to defend a fly; should be rated in a range that allows him to play minutes for my team as a quality bench rim protector. Better, billy?

Yes, lol. I was just looking to clarify, because I've seen that argument made before.
