It's been dead around here lately, we thought we'd mix things up a bit!
Thunder Send: 73 Draymond Green $19,250,000 $21,000,000 $22,750,000 $24,500,000
Total salary traded: $19,250,000 Team salary after trade: $95,548,196
Suns Send: 65 Victor Oladipo $6,552,960 $8,551,612 64 Tristan Thompson $13,200,000 $14,400,000 $15,600,000 $16,800,000 2017 CHI 2nd
Total salary traded: $19,752,960 Team salary after trade: $84,663,719
I accept. I sent Steve a PM the other night on a whim about Draymond, not really expecting anything to come out of it. We managed to figure out a trade that we feel benefited both our franchises. Based on the sims I've done, I am still able to tank(ish) next season and Steve is as competitive as ever (if not more). My team also had the issue of Oladipo or MKG playing the 2. Trading one seemed like the best way to circumvent that. I love Oladipo and think he is a great talent, but this worked best for my plan forward in the upcoming seasons. We are giving up an All-Star level talent, a solid role player that has improved his game to no longer be one-dimensional (deserving of a SW) and what looks to be a top 2nd round pick. Getting a defensive, versatile, All-Star big in return makes losing out on their potential worth it.
Always a pleasure, Steve Jobs

I accept as well. It started as a joke of sorts - shopping Draymond as "punishment" for his dick-pic fiasco, but it turned into a deal that I'm very happy with and that I think will benefit both of our teams a lot. I think Oladipo has a solid chance to blossom into something that Orlando never offered him the opportunity to be, and I also respect Thompson's game after two straight years of being very useful for the CAvs in the playoffs. The 2nd isn't amazing value but it makes up for a bit of the difference between Vic and TT if neither one becomes what I hope they can. The depth will be useful, and even though I'll have to shell out the cash for Oladipo next offseason, the bird rights kicking in will alleviate the money concerns there. I'm excited about what my team can be from this trade and wish Draymond well in Phoenix. Pete Maravich Brown Cobb IV John Stockton Colin Loftin
