Deserves an increase. I think he deserves to be rated above the league average at the minimum (59.6). When healthy, he provided some much needed perimeter shooting for the Bucks last season. The man shot the lights out with 56.8 TS% and a whopping 43.7% from 3. He also looks to be the 76ers starting PG this coming year. Bayless doesn't show much on the defensive end but should at least have the 3 and B attributes.

Eh, I'm not sure he deserves an increase. I think he's not quite an average bench PG, i.e. an overall average player. 56.8 TS% isn't lights out. It's the 77-th percentile. Which is good. Not great. And could be due for regression, as his career average is a pedestrian 52.6%. And he did shoot well from 3 last year, but how do we know that's sustainable? His career average is 36.5%.
Meanwhile, his one-number stats aren't superb. Last year, he had a 12.43 PER, 54th among qualified PGs. -2.13 RPM, 51st among PGs. An average player should be around 45th in his position.
And does he look to be the 76ers starting PG? ESPN has Sergio over him. Not to say that's the truth, but I honestly don't think it's close to predictable between Bayless, Sergio, and McConnell. Plus Simmons will be handling much of the on-ball duty (which I'm super excited about).
