I really don't get why Orlando does this? They have already Beasley, Casspi, and Nance Jr. for backup PF.
Anyways.. question about the conveyance though. ATL will definitely not swap this pick next year. So it's basically lottery protected 2018. Let's say ORL misses playoffs 2018 and keeps their pick. So this would change it to 2019 top8 protected. But 2019 ORL pick is already owned by Seattle?? What happens in that scenario?

I think the pick needs to be protected. ORL should be around 20 but that is a long way from now.
