Wasn't yours also invalid then? And I've seen plenty of contracts that don't increase. MKG is a good example

Yeah the $100,000 increase is total contract. His 2 yr 1M contract is 120,000 more than your 2 yr minimum contract.
Unless I'm wrong, AI signed him.

I think Seattle's issue is that the first offer from ORL (1 mil/1year) was only $60,000 higher than 1 year minimum offer from SEA... but I think it should have been pointed out then, to give a ORL chance to correct that mistake.
I think it should not really matter since SEA opened up the bidding again with 2year minimum offer anyways. I'm 100% sure that Seattle would have done that regardless if the first offer from ORL was 1M or 1.04M

No matter what way you break this situation down, Orlando wins Jodie Meeks in the end.
Minimum offer value added is to stop the "300M + $1" type bids.
100k increase is in total contract value, so Seattles original offer would've stood, but then Seattle upbid himself.
Orlando replied to the standing offer within 24 hours.
Orlando gets the Meeks

It's not anyone else's job to stop by and tell him his offer is invalid.

Yeah sorry about that... I'll definitely review the rules.
