Current Value: 49
Over the past two years he has a total RPM of 5.63. Players within 2 RPM over two seasons include MKG (65), Hayward (68), Deng (68), and Tony Allen (63). As a role player he shouldn't be up there with Hayward or Deng, but should be on par with MKG and Allen. Last season (arguably his worst but the one we're simming) he put up 16.7 pts, 7 rbs, 3.2 ast, 1.1 stl, .6 blk, and 1.7 tov per 100 possessions. He had a TS% of 57.3%, Good for 30th in the league among non-bigs with at least 200m played, slightly better than Hayward and much better than the 3 other comparisons. Defensively he has a very solid DRPM of 2.15 and a DRtg just at league average, so he's at least average if not a good defender. Essentially, he's older Gordon Hayward/Luol Deng with less usage.
Strengths: Spot up 3 point shooting, turnovers (around 30th amongst non bigs per 100 pss),
Weaknesses: Shot creation, probably dribbling
Proposed Value: 64

Not super comfortable raising the guy 15 points, or even 13 to Billy's suggestion, despite some valid evidence backing up your point. Per 36 is a little more reasonable as a measurement of a player's ability to contribute with a starting role, while Per 100 possessions seems to skew the numbers a bit in favor of guys who aren't particularly high volume or high usage. After looking at his Per 36, his stats, even excluding 14-15, aren't anything stellar. Dunleavy is solid, but he's only held down a starting job a few times in his career, and even in the Bulls friendly defensive system he's never been a dominant contributor on the defensive end. On the other hand, all of the comparison players are starting, and are actually worth starting, for either their offense, defense, or both, and deserve a 60+ rating at the least. For Dunleavy, I think 59 is reasonable, 61 max.

He is like Korver, a good spot up shooter but with his declining age it would be a problem raising him too much so I think 59 is enough
