Anyone who is in pinoyhoops was probably expecting this to happen. Bogut is no offensive superstar, but he is a great defender. In fact, he led all centers in defensive RPM with a 4.97 (in comparison, Defensive player of the year Kwahi Leonard had a 4.59.) He recorded 1.7 bpg and 8.1 rpg, putting him on the NBA All-Defensive second team. However, on the offensive side he averaged only 6.4 ppg (However he had a FG% of .563 due to the low ammount of shots taken) and made only 22 of the 42 free throws he took. He is more of a pass 1st player, and is able to start plays. Fundamental white person basketball.
In short, he's a great defensive player in a league that focuses so much on offense, which is why he is not a star, however he deserves a rating of 69 from his current rating of a 66.
Strengths Defense Passing Blocking Rebounding
Weaknesses Free Throws Athleticism (He's still a big white guy)

Declining minutes and lack of usage suggest to me that if he were capable of more (as he has been in the past) he would have been asked to do more. Compare his stats to Tyson Chandler (a 68) and it's clear that Bogut is significantly less efficient with his touches and a serious hindrance when it comes to FTs; however, their defensive games are very comparable. So Bogut, a less talented offensive player with comparable defensive skills, should be rated HIGHER than Chandler? Nah.
I'll give him a mercy vote at 67, but I don't consider him among the players whose ratings need to be upgraded.

But we as a rating committee will make his stats heavily in favor of defense so he will be a rim protection monster.

His lack of PT is due to his failures at the FT line, GS puts in Speights in the 4th quarter to keep Bogut from shooting Free throws

67 will be enough for him.. he is an elite rim protector but at the same time can score in the paint if it wasn't for his past injuries
