I'm proposing this for the Spurs GM.
Current Rating: 48
He's been a starter on a team that went to Western Conference Semifinals each of the past two years. He's one of these guys who is good at everything and great at nothing, the type of guy who is continually underrated.
His 2014-15 3.17 RPM was 9th best among SFs, better than many including Parsons (66), MKG (65), and Barnes (64). Among all forwards (including PFs) with at least 30 games played, he was 2nd in ORtg, better than average in DRtg, 5th in NetRtg, 21st in eFG% (this includes close range PFs). His box score digits don't fly off the page, but he does all the things that don't show up on the box score well.
Proposed Rating: 64

he is a role player so i think 64 is too high for him but yeah he has the tools to be effective, i vote for 56

64 is too much for Barnes. I say 56-57 is good for a guy like him

I'll go with the consensus so far; which is 55.
