I accept. Makes good sense for both teams. I don't think Shabazz is worth the first, but when you take into account the cap savings it's clearly a win-win.

i accept as well. Hard to tell who comes out a loser in this trade (both teams win in my opinion), so probably a decent fair trade.

Accept, not sure how much value the pick will have with KAT on the Warriors roster but the Mavs are give up barely anything and they're tanking so there's nothing wrong with taking on a bad contract or two.

Can Penny Hardaway explain his reasoning a bit better? You don't need space to sign Steph (btw you should claim his Bird Rights). If I may, this is how I see your situation. I assume you'll be picking up KAT and Oubre's options, and not rescinding RFA rights of Oladipo and Waiters. With Gobert's max and Steph's cap hold, you have a projected ~$4M in space (assuming $101M cap). The 13th pick will take up ~$2M of that. That puts you at 14 roster spots filled, so you'll have ~$2M and the MLE for one final spot, effectively wasting either the space or the MLE, whichever isn't used. After this move, you free up like $20M and a roster spot, leaving you with $22M in space and the MLE for two roster spots. Is that right? That seems like an appreciable improvement to your offseason situation. I just want to make sure that your reasoning falls in line with what I'm seeing, as what you said earlier doesn't quite do that.

I pretty much summarized my reasoning, but ya I have enough for curry before this move , but now i can spend on filling in role players instead of rolling with same team.

Accept. But it might have been smart to put some top 3 protection to that pick at least. You never know what can happen in three years. You might be still/back in lottery.
