I'm putting up Serge Ibaka for an increase on his rating of 68.
Serge Ibaka is an elite defensive threat, leading the league in blocked shots for four straight seasons (once while only playing in 66 games). He has steadily improved on the offensive side of the floor year-by-year, and now combines a sweet three point stroke (37.6% from downtown while taking over a quarter of his shots from 3) with a knockdown 15-footer (50.5% from 10-15 ft this year). He is a stretch 4 by any definition of the word. You don't have to take him out of the game in crunch time like Josh Smith(67) or DeAndre Jordan(70) as he shot 78 and 83 percent from the line the past two years.
Big guys that are rated similarly: Josh Smith (67), David West (67), Zach Randolph (70), David Lee (67), Tyson Chandler (68).
He's not necessarily a great passer only about an assist per game the past two years, and he's never made an All-Star team (though that's difficult to do out west with guys like Davis, Griffin, Aldridge, and Love until this past year).
I'm suggesting a rating of 71. This would still leave him (correctly) behind the top guys at the position, while still providing a reasonable boost in accordance with his well-rounded offensive and defensive game.
Current rating: 68 Suggested rating: 71
If you'd like to give him a bonus point because of his incredibly baller name, I won't argue with you :D

In 2014-15? Absolutely. I explained Pau's score quite a bit in his thread. Meanwhile Ibaka is one of the most impactful defensive players in the game, while still being a threat on offense.
