Portland trades2018 POR 1st round pick 2020 POR 1st round pick C 62 Nerlens Noel $5,848,909 SF 56 Nemanja Bjelica $ 3,949,999 $4,937,499PG 54 Kris Dunn $4,130,400 $4,308,300 $5,445,691 $7,144,747G 46 Demetrius Jackson $969,190 1,010,990 $1,824,837 2019 POR 2nd round pick 2018 MIA 2nd round pick for C 75 DeMarcus Cousins $16,784,031
Accept because I like to Boogie. It's a bit risky, since it could be that I'm paying all this for only one year of Cousins, but I feel confident that I can win enough next year to convince him to stay and also he'll be a big help to make pitches for free agents this year. Milt Newton

I have made enough rejected trade deal for superstars to know how hard it's to get deals through. And I want to this through quickly before FA really gets going

Basing it off of the trade between the Kings and Pelicans, I feel like this is more than sufficient to get an accept. I love Noel and Kris Dunn could still prove to be an useful piece.
Still I would like to hold off my verdict as it's early in morning and I would like to look at it again.

Accept, this trade is amazing for both teams. Boogie imo wasn't gonna sign with Minny so he got a good haul for him. Portland now has boogie to pair with Dbook,Ball, and Kristaps

probably an overpay by Portland if anything but I like that he's willing to pay the price to make his team better. this could pay dividends for him if he can manage to attract a big time FA with boogie on his team.
Accept.

Then I accept. Real big cost, but Cousins is real good, cheapo for a year relative to his production, and comes with BR.

I accept too. Great return for Minnesota and hopefully equally successful for Portland as well. Definitely a risk for Portland, but I'm not high on any of the pieces involved in the trade except for the picks and Noel. Definitely setting the precedent high for trading superstars!

I think this counts as passed, since it's been up 24 hours and has 4.5 accepts also.
Welcome to Portland Boogie!
