Yeah. I don't know who are people saving their cap space for, but it's crazy that lot of good players are not getting offers.
Maybe it's that half of the league just wants to tank so bad :D

His QO is pretty hefty so that helps, but honestly he needs to wait this out. I'd be glad to offer him the rest of my space if all the Tier 1 UFAs are off the board, and I'd venture to say most of the people hoarding space feel the same.
Long story short, I don't think any restricted free agents should be taking the QO before all three tiers have gone through and they know for sure no one will offer better. I think it's happening this way because we tiered all the RFAs and the PAs are voting as if they can't receive offers after their RFA period (because technically they can't), but we really ought to handle it like any RFAs that don't receive offers can still receive blind/non-negotiated contract offers during UFA periods and just have the PAs prepared to handle that situation accordingly.

Though I do think a guy like Lauvergne doesn't want to risk his QO being pulled, so signs it while he can.

I felt i outbid myself on rudy gay , so waited to see what offers waiters and shabazz would sign and decide whether match them. Guess i would have outbid myself but damn he"s ufa next year though
