billy revised my line-up, removed most of the (++) Time to give more playing time to my bench players in preparation for the next season

++ is usually too much for players, they will be tired by the end of games. I have a good analogy for giving ++ to a player:  One GM that I won't mention got himself out of the Playoffs last season by giving the ++ modifier to his absolute best player. |
