Assuming Valanciunas and Monroe accepts their PO. BOS sends 64 Jonas Valanciunas $22,750,000 (PO) 24,500,000 (TO) 63 Dwayne Wade $11,700,000 $12,260,000 Total: $34,450,000 ORL sends 65 Enes Kanter $11,100,000 $11,100,000 62 Greg Monroe $22,750,000 (PO) $24,500,000 (PO) 56 Daniel Theis $990,000 $990,000 Total: $34,840,000 Trade is within 125%. We accept this trade since we'll be getting a decent backup at the wing spot and JV. Kanter had a great season for us but we're stacked (lol smh) at the front so we'll have to unload some. I accept.
I’m not convinced my current team makeup is what it takes to win. I keep a young center in Kanter, but also pick up a young Celtic who I feel have a real good team for developing talent. Love Coach Stevens.

Weird trade but I'll accept, Monroe looked like a decent piece when playing under Stevens. Jval is a starter on a perennial playoff team and kanter is okay I guess.

I don’t like this being posted before options go through and having the moniker “if they are accepted”. I think this puts undue pressure on the player agents who may also have to vote on this trade. It’s one thing to queue a trade at a later date, but not sure conditional queuing is or should be a thing,

Yeah let’s not do conditional queuing. Either wait until after the options are done or make the trade understanding options have yet to be decided.

I don’t see any reason why they couldn’t be traded now. At the conclusion of the playoffs I’ll be rolling over the contracts. Unless your concern stems from the fact that maybe teams eliminated from the playoffs should still be bound to not trade until the conclusion, but that seems arbitrary? Could be a good reason though, I’m all ears.

No. I have no idea. Whatever you think sounds good. :D I'll make sure to codify these details I feel like we rehash every year. Unless anyone has a good reason to disagree I don't see any issue with eliminated and non playoff teams still trading under the current contracts.

Unless anyone has a good reason to disagree I don't see any issue with eliminated and non playoff teams still trading under the current contracts. That is fine. That is actually the same case as in the MIN-CHI trade. I thought Stuff said he wanted to trade POs. The trade is still valid if you use this year's salaries.

Assuming we're trading under the 17-18 contracts, I accept. I still think Jonas is a valuable C in the league and Kanter had a great year, like the fit in NYK a lot. Obviously these PO's make the deal tricky but if we're ignoring those, accept.
