A 22 year old that is about to be a starting point guard for Philly? Seems like a solid prospect... Aminu? He'll be a starter for Portland. I mean, if neither of those guys do it, you probably don't consider any of my prospects worth enough. Yeah they are both horrible. And neither would start for a team that isn't tanking. Portland is a tanker now, even if they haven't admitted it yet :p Try a three team deal. You need to actually move a valuable piece to get a top 20 player, sorry.

I accept. Getting Middleton in return helps the blow of losing Jimmy Butler, but I am unsure if I will be able to resign Buckets. Since I am obviously in rebuilding mode, I need draft picks. The 2018 first round draft pick will help immensely. I am going to change my accept to a reject. Sorry Steve Jobs.

But the trade is rejected by the TC so lucky you haha! Try to rework the deal if you want to tank without Jimmy... You could get a landslide of young prospects for him not just a guy and a far away pick.

Neither would start for a team that wasn't tanking?... Isn't that exactly how prospects work? They're not supposed to be starters yet. The fact that they are puts them ahead of the curve. Aminu played big minutes for Dallas in this year's playoffs and was very good for them. Wroten played a lot of solid basketball for Philly before his injury. I just don't see your point. Those guys will both end up being solid starters in a year or two, which is well above league average. If I'm supposed to offer significantly better than a player that will amount to a solid starter than I'm not offering prospects I'm just offering starters.

Sorry man. I'd of taken Jimmy Butler at pick #10. I'm also not a fan of Khris Middleton. You wouldn't trade Alex Len for Khris Middleton in the other league, but somehow think he is worth Jimmy butler with a pick 3 years removed thrown in :P

I rejected that because I was tanking and you asked for two 2nd rounders on top of Len... Giving up a good prospect and two draft picks for a better prospect is pretty clearly not in the best interest of a team that is going to tank, and you and I both know I explained that in detail, so it's pretty silly to try to throw it in my face out of context. haha. I fully think Middleton will be worth two of Len next season, but, and I'll quote myself, "having an up-and-coming Center prospect is a more pressing need than SG until I move Brandon Knight." Now that I've moved Knight, if you still wanna trade him to me since you don't like him, I'll gladly do it. The initial offer with him just wasn't what I was looking for at the time and you never pursued it any further.
Middleton, a solid starter, and a mid-first round pick absolutely have a higher cumulative ceiling than Butler, but that's fine. I'm not gonna fight you guys over Middleton and Butler's value. I'm interested in a championship, but Butler isn't worth this much drama to try to figure out how to make a deal happen.
Thanks for your time TC.

If you want to take me up on it, I'm down :D

Says the guy who thinks Gorgui Dieng straight up for Marc Gasol is a fair offer. if i had been offered dieng for gasol in pinoyhoops i would've done it. I think I traded gasol for brook lopez and a 1st. then traded brook for another 1st and ryan anderson, and then traded ryan anderson for a 1st and david lee. then traded david lee for a 1st and eric gordon. it was pretty cool. all those firsts are not very good though... and I really like dieng. i'd rather have dieng than 4 chris mcculloughs :P

So, by that measurement, you also think Dieng is worth Brook Lopez and a 1st? Come on, man...

In what way is disclosing one of your personal opinions about the validity of a specific trade offer "publicly posting our private messages?" I didn't pull direct quotes, I didn't take screen shots, and until you went saying this, there was literally no proof that what I was saying didn't come from a publicly stated opinion or something I gleaned about your personal opinions in another league or something. I made a slight, joking dig at you, in response to you making a slight, joking dig at me, and it's only your response that took it this far. As for "shitty offers" that I think will "help" your team: you're right, trying to offer you a top 2 center for dirt cheap when you badly need one is SO shitty.
