76ers Send: SG 54 Nik Stauskas $5,132,034 (QO) SG 53 Ian Clark $950,000 $950,000 Total: $6,082,034
Lakers Send: G 57 Tomas Satoransky $3,106,500 $3,883,125 (TO) GF 55 Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot $2,000,400 $2,858,572 (TO) $3,953,405 (QO) G 46 De'Anthony Melton $1,859,800 $2,178,200 $2,281,900 (TO) $3,514,126 (TO) $5,011,144 (QO) POR 2021 2nd LAL 2021 2nd LAL 2022 2nd
Total: $6,966,700
Small price to pay for an ultimate goal, no major pieces moving, and Ian Clark is also a decent bench piece.

So this trade idea has been going through my mind for an entire day now and I was really undecided if I should send it or not because this might hurt John's chances of re-signing Leonard but at the end of the day I had to do what was best for the 76ers.
Thing is I am using a loophole here that will alow Artest to turn Stauskas' QO into cap space after the trade and I could only use that loophole to my advantage for as long as Stauskas was yet to sign a new contract.
So yes, that's about it. The return is not wow but I think I am clearly winning this so I had to do it.
Satoransky's 2nd year is QO.

Also, I am still only a temp GM for the 76ers but this had to be done regardless since like I said there was only a limited amount of time to use that Stauskas' QO.

Accept, interesting trade. Clearly not franchise-ruining on either end. Let's get Kawhi to LA

Not that I think it should affect stuff this year (though I do think Kawhi should head to Toronto) but it seems like that QO loophole is something we should look at closing up in the future. IRL teams have a deadline for this type of thing, and it seems sketchy that RFA has already started and we're using QOs to make money disappear.
In any case, I accept. LAL has a goal worth risking losing what he's sending to PHI for, and PHI did a good job leveraging that Kawhi space to get over paif for taking on salary of decent players.

We’d also like to renounce Nik Stauskas(QO) continent in this trade passing
