(Sorry if I get all the formatting wrong, as this is my first rebuild. Apologies.)
Despite Harden being rebuilt on December 19th, I believe he should be rebuilt once more due to him continuing his specatacular MVP play during the games since his last rebuild, but also because of his questionable attributes compared to other NBA superstars of his level.
In real life he's the league leader in scoring:

With
5-straight 40 point games
11-straight 30 point games
11-1 record in that time
50, 32, 47, 35, 35, 39, 41, 45, 41, 43, 44.
Most of the stuff I'm going to talk about in this rebuild post is related to his scoring, mainly due to the fact that he ever really only averages 23 - 25 on my team in the simulation tests I've done, and that's with a team where only Harden, Fox and Lillard score more than 12ppg.
Free Throws
I would say he needs a small increase in free throw attribute, maybe a +3 or +4 from 69 as in real life he's ranked 28th in free throw percentage.
He shares around the same FT% but more volume in regards to Kyrie Irving and Kawhi Leonard, who are 73 and 72 rated in FT rating respectively.
Drawing Fouls
He's currently leading the league in FTM AND FTA, so needs a considerable boost there, especially since in the sim his FTA are quite underrated:
drawingFouls: {
ratings: ["hgt", "spd", "drb", "dnk", "oiq"],
weights: [1, 1, 1, 1, 1],
},
A good example to compare his stats with is Kevin Durant, in real life James Harden is averaging 2.4 FTM and 3.3 FTA more than him. Yet his FTM/FTA statistics in the sim are severely lower than Durant's. In the sim right now (day 26), Harden is the 22nd stat leader in FTA which obviously means we have to change Harden's drawingFouls ratings to match/be higher, as it's really unrealistic when compared to real life Harden.
Current ratings:
Harden's: ratings: ["hgt"31, "spd"78, "drb"72, "dnk"80, "oiq"68]
Durant's: ratings: ["hgt"65, "spd"56, "drb"78, "dnk"90, "oiq"75]
These are big rating differences as you can see, and I think should be changed so Harden's ability to draw fouls can be displayed in the sim.
This would mean increasing attributes like his hgt, spd, drb, dnk and oiq to match his real life counterpart.
3 Pointers
James Harden is leading the league in total 3PM and 2nd in the league in for 3PM per game behind obviously Curry.
This is with taking many of his signature stepback 3s / 3pt shots made by his own shot creation.
James Harden averages 4.9 3PM and 11 3PA per game with a 3P% of .389, he has a 70 point three point attribute.
Kemba Walker shoots less volume of 3 pointers (3 less) and makes 1.5 less of them with a 3PT% of .364, he has a 72 three point attribute.
Paul George shoots the same amount of 3PM and 3PA of Walker but has a 3P% of .378, he has an 80 three point attribute.
It even gets better...
Kawhi Leonard shoots way less than these two, 1.7 3PM / 4.7 3PA with a 3PT% of .356, HE HAS AN 92 THREE POINT ATTRIBUTE.
So 1.7 3PM and 4.7 3PM with a 3PT% of .356 ------22 Three Point Difference------> 4.9 3PM and 11 3PA with a 3PT% of .389.
With that data on hand, I'm pretty sure to say that James Harden needs a deserved increase in 3pt rating of 90>, if Kawhi indeed deserves that rating.

Steals
Top 5 in steals per game.
When previously talking about the draw fouls subject, spd is one of it weights on how it's affected. With that being affected and largely increased, in effect he'll become a better defender in the sim, Billy sould probably lower his DIQ to make sure he doesn't become too good of a defender compared to his real life counterpart.

Usage
Leading the league in usage rating, though this stat may be a bit deceptive because the way the Houston Rockets play this season is a bit difference to last season, mainly due to the amount of games CP3 and Gordon have missed. This usage stat should be changed a bit favouring Harden, mainly due to the fact that he has Lillard in his backcourt as well, but naturally Harden would be the main ball handler, with Lillard as his Robin.
When running tests on a fresh non-bugged 59 game Harden he only has a USG% of 27.9, which is a bit annoying when your team consists of three ball-handlers Lillard, Harden and Fox (who's our 6th man) and a pile of non shot creator big men.
Comparing this with the real life team of CP3, Harden and Gordon (6th man) in 2017-2018, Harden had a USG% of 35.1
usage: {
