We wish Aaron the best of luck as this will allow him a chance to compete for a championship on a great team. We already have Trey as our back-up. This trade also allows us to clear some cap and make some moves down the road. Canaan is a decent prospect that we would have liked to keep but we feel those picks are decent compensation for a player of his level.

As someone mentioned in the GSW-SEA thread, the issue of players on your roster is something that will need to be addressed as these trades get rejected or accepted. Our rule in D5 was that you cannot go over 17 on a roster or under 10. But I am unsure of the restrictions here.

I think that Indiana is winning the trade, player-value wise, but since it's a move by Seattle to clear cap space, I don't have a problem with it. Accept.
