Welcome to the Raptors, Jerami Grant. Very glad to add another long term piece to the core on a good value contract. His spacing plus defensive versatility will be amazing for our squad.
Also, love that we've got Grant, Clarke, Thybulle... Three guys who I believe will be elite level defenders, or in Grant's case, already are!

This league is a joke for letting you get him for the MLE.... great signing, sir. Willing to trade for him in a few months if he’s available.

Grant was actually my number 3ish most desired player in all of FA--I think if he'd been tier two he would have gotten more. But I theorized that if I saved my MLE while others spent in tier 2, and posted the MLE's biggest contract possible right when tier three started, the GMs who were active would have already spent their money, and the ones with money would be negligent. Surprised that MIL didn't pony up money though with them needing a big. I felt sure they were gonna steal him and I'd regret my whole FA strat this off-season. Glad it worked out!

there were multiple teams with the money according to the roster sheet... yeah there’s a few teams just not the most active ones haha. But most teams have no money and that’s gonna be a problem in this league in the future

I wanted him badly but I needed to prioritize a Point Guard/Ball handler :(
