It’s in the Regular Season/Tier 3 FA rules, but it doesn’t specifically mention that it only applies to Tier 3 FAs, only that during Tier 3 FA no more than 2 FAs can be signed within a week. It is probably only Tier 3 FAs, but it might be worth getting billy or Allan Houston involved just to be certain. |

It would be really shitty if it wasn't just for tier 3 so its just for tier 3 + regular season fa. the limit is designed to keep the numbers of spam people with cap space will do. It also makes best offers come out quicker because people dont spend 30+ posts upping the other dude by 100,000 |
