This is some LAL-MIA bubble finals vibe Except no home court advantage there.
Yesterday I was watching back The Last Dance and stopped after episode 6. By the end, Bulls face Suns in the 1993 Finals and Suns win in Chicago to force a Game 6. Then, Bulls win by 1 in Phoenix to secure the title. Game winning 3 pointer by John Paxson.
Edit: Forgot about the 1996 Finals in Episode 8. That one was exactly like this.
Bulls finished the Regular Season 72-10 like the 76ers and they won the 1st 3 games. Sonics won the next 2 and Bulls finished it in Game 6.  |
