You would say that Drummond is around that Sabonis/Turner/Capela level and he supposedly turned down 5 yrs of a bigger contract than those 3.  Even Steven Adams contract who I rate rather similar to Drummond is even lesser than what I gave for 5 years. But nah! Drummond is a max player in today's nba :) Thank you PA's :) ![]() |

I think you are thinking about this incorrectly. The $30.55M PO is already at his disposal. Your offer is more like a 4 year $69.45M extension when weighing the PO. I think it is disingenuous to think that is not is not a close decision.
