a) Thread title will be the Player's Name
b) OP will include Current Overall, Suggested Overall, and a well-written analysis of which categories the player is over/under rated in compared to their peers.
c) Each GM will vote publicly in the thread on the new overall.
d) Minimum of 5 votes will be required to close the thread, dropping the highest and lowest vote for a new player overall..
e) Voting will be closed after 7 votes have been received AND there are no new votes for 72 hours.
Your posts in these threads will determine how I adjust the players to attain the new overall. Because of this, OPs or votes that aren't accompanied by suggestions of ratings to raise/lower to meet the new overall will be not counted.

The point of asking for arguments about the underlying ratings to change is twofold:
1) I want to limit the number of baseless threads
2) I want everyone posting threads and voting to realize what they are voting on in Overall.
Because overall is detached from performance in some cases, forcing the voters to look at the individual ratings will make them more informed about the overall. Say a D/R bigs overall seems low compared to other players of his "star" caliber that do different things. We must divest ourselves from the idea that the "overall" rating is some sort of ranking system, where players with higher overalls are superior to players with lower overalls. By having GMs post the specific ratings in players that are over/under rated we will increase everyone's knowledge of the league and get rid of baseless threads that are based on low information opinions. The voters will then know that we really only need to bump them 1 or 2 overall points to make that happen.
