I kinda agree with Cobb. When he traded Kobe for nothing he was at least shedding cap space because his team needs a rebuild . In this trade he trades away Kobe an expiring contract and a 1st round pick in a deep class for rose who imo needs a decrease to a 65. Tarik black is okay but by the time we get his rating changed it will be in like 3 seasons .

You can't go changing his rating to below average starter based on 10 games from this year too where he has admitted he is still hurt.

I don't know who in this league said it but they said Kobe is gonna be about a 65 when stock watch opens up. Kobe should be the same rating as Drose they post similar stats. Even though Kobe shoots a lot more I still believe he is deserving of the same raring to rose. Why would Mavs trade Expiring Kobe> injury to happen rose Mavs 2017 1st >>>>>>>> for black

Why would Mavs trade Expiring Kobe> injury to happen rose Mavs 2017 1st >>>>>>>> for black kobe and rose arent even comparable. this is easily kobes last season, and he is shooting 33% in that season. Rose is 27, and still has a lot of upside. Rose should be rated around a 67-68 and Kobe should be rated like a 65 (and that is being generous because his name is Kobe bryant, if his name was something else his stats would put him at like 63). The resigning team always gets a bonus during negotiations as well, Rose could easily return to form and be a valuable resign in 2017.

pass, still worse than the deal i offered him i agree. derrick rose is a fucking cancer for a team and i would be surprised if he plays 50 more games in the NBA. hes a $20m piece of glass bound to break any time. i think black was traded to logan for a 1st during the draft so i guess thats a wash but kobe has value as an expiring contract. rose has negative value as a player eating your cap space on the bench.

i bet kobe plays more games in the nba than derrick rose starting today $100 I'd take that bet too. Kobe has been as, or more, fragile than Rose over the last two years, and he's, what... 10 years older? You're telling me Rose has 10 more years to play in the league under similarly injury-prone circumstances and he won't be able to get on the court more times than Kobe? Easy money.
